With Bitcoin now at all-time highs, altcoins are waking up. Analysts are watching payment tokens closely, with XRP price predictions now seeing plenty of upside after a key bullish technical pattern. One analyst has noted that a golden cross just formed on the XRP/bitcoin weekly chart. This happens when the 50-week moving average pushes above the 200-week average. It’s a textbook bullish sign, and the first time this has happened on the weekly chart ever. That comes as the number of whale wallets—those holding at least 10,000 XRP—has climbed to over 300,000, with more than 200 million XRP scooped up recently, according to CoinGape.

As altcoin season heats up, XRP is better positioned than ever. TipRanks now places its XRP price prediction at $3, arguing that a recent pullback in mid-May to $2.30 may just be a final reset before the $3 mark. Beyond there, new all-time highs may be in reach.
