ChainCatcher 消息，美国司法部通报，一名拥有中国与圣基茨和尼维斯双重国籍的男子 Daren Li，因参与一宗涉及 7300 多万美元的全球性加密货币投资诈骗案，于当地时间 2 月 9 日被美国加州中区联邦法院缺席判处最高法定刑 20 年监禁，并附加 3 年监督释放。 司法部称，42 岁的 Li 曾在 2024 年 11 月认罪，承认参与一项从柬埔寨诈骗园区运作的跨国加密投资诈骗及洗钱阴谋。但其在 2025 年 12 月剪断电子脚环后潜逃，目前仍在逃。 检方披露，该诈骗集团通过社交媒体、电话、短信及在线交友平台主动接触受害者，建立“职业或恋爱关系”获取信任，并利用伪造的加密交易平台与钓鱼网站诱导受害者投资虚假项目；部分案件中，还假冒客服或技术支持人员，以“修复病毒”等理由诱骗受害者转账或转移加密资产。 根据认罪协议，Li 及其同伙至少造成 7360 万美元的受害者资金损失，其中 5980 万美元通过美国空壳公司账户被洗白，并进一步转换为加密货币以掩盖资金来源与流向。Li 被认定直接参与了受害资金的最终接收和控制。 截至目前，已有 8 名共犯认罪，Li 是首名因直接收取赃款而被判刑的被告。案件由美国特勤局牵头调查，多国执法机构协助。美国司法部表示，将继续推动国际合作，力求将 Li…
