ceτi AI is elated to announce its acquisition of Big Energy Investments Inc., a Canadian company specializing in strategic investments in high-performance computing infrastructure.

According to the ceτi AI team, the acquisition is a step forward in realizing ceτi AI’s vision of advancing the development and accessibility of AI technologies. ceτi AI’s mission is to “accelerate the advancement of decentralized artificial Intelligence” through high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure created for developers and distributed networks.

Following this acquisition, Big Energy Investments Ltd entered into various agreements in principle to purchase advanced high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. The purchase items will include two NVIDIA Quantum-2 InfiniBand switches and five HPC servers equipped with 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs. All these items are scheduled to be delivered in May 2024. 

This acquisition is essential to ceτi AI’s initial North American development plan to deploy the ceτi AI Infrastructure Network. This acquisition marks a significant step into the North American Market, paving the way for revenue generation and accumulation of the CETI token ecosystem. 

The ceτi AI Infrastructure Network will utilize the ceτi AI Intelligent Compute Fabric to manage and provide compute resources to decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN), decentralized AI networks, and various other applications. This network is designed to provide essential computing resources to various decentralized AI technology through decentralization.
